1. Introduction

5.3.2 Calculation

6. NPV in Stock Valuation

6.2.3 Decision
If we want to determine the equity value of Enterprise Products Partners, we must adjust the net present value (NPV) of the unlevered free cash flow for cash and equivalents, debt, and any minority stake(Ahern, 2022). 9. Conclusion
NPV's significance in predicting the future of Enterprise Products Partners and its projects is undeniable and an indispensable tool within the field of Financial Analysis. However, it must be remembered that it is expressed in absolute rather than relative terms and hence does not account for the magnitude of the investment, Enterprise Products Partners opportunity costs, or the project's duration. In light of the limitations and benefits of NPV, it is imperative for Enterprise Products Partners not to rely solely on it and to undertake assessments using alternative approaches, such as IRR, to be certain.
